How much does home window tint cost in Delaware?
There is no honest single price per square foot. Price depends on the film line, the glass, how many panes and how hard they are to reach. Expect a written estimate after a survey.

Film makes glass absorb more of the sun's energy. On some insulated or Low-E units that raises the risk of a thermal stress crack. Manufacturers publish compatibility guidance — follow it, window by window.

3M describes Prestige as a clear, low-reflectance, multilayer film and Night Vision as a film designed to reduce interior reflection at night while adding some tint. Compare the current data sheets for your exact shade.

Film reduces fading; it doesn't stop it. Visible light, heat, humidity and the material itself all contribute. Treat film as one layer of protection, not a guarantee.

Will film void my window warranty?
It depends on your window manufacturer's terms. Read them and ask your installer to check film-to-glass guidance for your glass type.
Is film applied inside or outside?
Most residential film is applied to the interior surface of the glass.
Can I still see out?
Yes. Many films are designed to be very clear; darker and reflective films change the view more. See samples on your own glass.
